Why should I use FUTEK Compact Fluorescent Lights ?

Incandescent  lamps have very low efficiency they use 100% of  energy to produce between 10 ~ 20% light at they best performance  ( 12 ~ 20 Lumen /Watt)

Best way to save  energy cost is to replace incandescent bulbs by CFL bulbs.

On this page, you can learn about some of the benefits that come from using FUTEK CFLs   instead of incandescent bulbs.

CFLs last 10 times as long
You can use 10 of these
Or you can use one of these
Incandescents Bulbs last 800 hours
A FUTEK CFL  bulb will last 8000 hour
Service life time is 500~ 1000 hours
Service life time is from 6000 ~ 10000 hours
CFLs use 75% less energy

Light  is measured by  LUMEN  while power is measured by WATT  .

CFL bulbs from FUTEK  consume only 25% of the power to produce same  LUMEN produced from an Incandescent bulb that consume 100 Watt your electricity bill is calculated on base of your WATT consumption

Incandescent bulb uses 100 watts of power to produce = 1500 LUMEN
FUTEK CFL use 23 watts of power to produce =1500 Lumen

Let's assume that  electricity cost is  L .18 per Kw/h  .

if you use an incandescent lamp of 100 Watt for 6 hours per day 350/days , it will cost you  L 37.8  of electricity per year.

IN addition you will need to replace 3 lamps during 1 year
But if you use a FUTEK CFL of 23 Watt under same condition will cost you L8.7 of electricity and will last for 3 years

SAVINGS  L 29.1  PER LAMP/ YEAR  your payback is :
6 month then you will enjoy 2.5 year of saving in energy bill

 Want to figure it out yourself?
  You need to know the bulb wattage  you're currently using, and your kwh costs  (on your utility bill).

  1. Multiply the # of watts by hours/day by days/year (i.e. 60 x 6 x 365).
  2. Divide that by 1000 (for kilowatt hour)
  3. Multiply that by the kwh costs (Le 0.21 in our example).

 That's the cost of operating your regular  light for one year.
  Now, figure out the CFL equivalent,  refigure steps 1 - 3, and find out what  your savings will be.

Equivalents
:
Incandescent CFL
40 watt = 10 watt
60 watt = 15 watt
75 watt = 20 watt
100watt = 23Watt
120watt = 26watt
150 watt = 32 watt
200 watt = 45watt
250 watt = 55 watt
300 watt = 65 watt
350watt = 75 watt
400 watt = 85 watt
500 watt = 105 watt

FUTEK   SUPER MODULAR CFL LAMPS

Incandescent lamp  last only 800 hours
A   MODULAR CFL LAMP lasts  6,000  to 10,000 hours
A  FUTEK   MODULAR BALLAST  adaptor lasts 25,000 hours
Instead of replacing 30 incandescent bulbs, just replace 4 compact fluorescent bulbs, and use the same ballast
Incandescent lamp last 800 hour and cost  Le 1.5 per piece
 (Le 45 total)
Modular CFL last 6000 hours and cost: 6 Leg
 (Le 24 total )

Futek Ballast for Modular CFL last 25.000 hours and cost :15 Leg
 Le 15)

30 incandescent lamps of 100 W during the service period of 24000 hours will consume 432 Leg + 45 Leg = 477 Leg .

while 1 FUTEK  Modular ballast and 4 Modular CFL will cost you  15+ 24 = 39 Leg and consume 100 Leg of electricity   saving   338 Leg
